Project Manager

We are on the hunt for an experienced, motivated Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our fast-growing agency. 

You will report to the Digital Marketing Director and you should be a digital marketing superstar, confident across multiple aspects of online marketing such as strategy, funneling, search ads, social ads, search engine optimisation, landing pages, creative design, copywriting, conversion and tracking. 

As this is an agency role, you will be responsible for the strategy, delivery, and ultimate success of marketing campaigns across a broad range of industries and niches and thus must have suitable experience in a similar role.

Your core responsibilities will be:

  • Strategize marketing campaigns for our clients to achieve their growth, lead, sales, and ROI goals

  • Quality checking all client work before it is delivered or implemented
  • Ensuring client campaigns remain within budget by managing adherence to time tracking principles at task level

Your experience must include:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role

You should be a confident and experienced account manager who knows what it means to be the front line of the company and drive retention, loyalty, and referrals, and keep clients organised and happy.

 

Core Job Responsiblities:

  • Maintain an excellent relationship with all clients under your care
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with our clients 
  • Process all new clients through a detailed and welcoming client onboarding procedure
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to our clients
  • Liaise and collaborate with our fulfillment (marketing) and sales teams in regards to client updates, tasks, requirements, reporting etc to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all our client campaign deliverables

  • Ensure our marketing team is provided with any resource they need from our clients in a timely manner
  • Collect all due payments and invoices for clients under your management
  • Work hard to garner referrals, reviews, and case studies from clients under your management
  • Identify upsell opportunities with your clients and propose them additional services
  • Show initiative with the overall success of our client campaigns by taking real ownership of your clients and working with our departments to deliver fantastic results to them

We are looking for a proven Search Engine Optimisation Specialist to join our team.

You should be up for the challenge of joining a fast-growing start-up and be ready to take ownership of the results and success of our client campaigns. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks for our portfolio of clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
